The Ecu it comes with is a PR3 so its OBD 0, I had this engine in my CRX for maybe 5k miles. It also comes with everthing that you you would need other than engine mounts to put this in a Civic/CRX (axles, Resistor pack). I also have the stock intake manifold and cams these will come with. The trans is a S1 cable trans.
