Default y EG won't start

Heey H-T, the problem with my car is that it doesn't start properly. Few days ago, i tried to start it but it didn't turn on, the engine made that cranky noise when i start but the car won't turn on at all. i dun even know whats wrong with it. at first i thought it was the key problem, so i switched to a newer key but it still didn't work. could anyone give me a solution for this ? please my car is fken pissing me off. thanks

With the key turned to the IGN position, do you hear your fuel pump prime? If not, your problem is your main relay. Either replace or repair it.

i say just take it to a mechanic or ask a mechanically inclined friend to help you out. If you thought a different key would've got it started, then your completely clueless.

Turn the key to the point right before it cranks. Listen carefully, you should hear a buzz/humm noise, if you do then your getting fuel.

If your still getting fuel then ensure that the spark plug wires are securely connected and take a spark plug wire off of the spark plug and set a phillips screwdriver in it and place it so the metal part of the screw driver is less than half a cm away from the chassis but not touching the chassis. Go to the car and crank it for 5-10 seconds, if you see it spark then your getting spark, if not then try rearranging it better and make sure the screwdriver is in and try again. If your still not getting spark then try another pair of spark plug wires, if it still doesn't start, try a known good distributor. If not then go take it to a mechanic to fix it for you.
