I have a 1997 4 door Accord 5 speed and would like to do a motor swap and decided to go with an H23. I know that everyone typically goes with the H22 swap, but with the price of Premium gas these days, I just can't justify going with the H22.

So my question is; were the H23's produced in 1997? I intend go through the process of making the swap official by seeing a referee.
