Default Your opinions on polyurethane bushings...

Do you think that they would be too stiff or unbearable for a daily driver?

I'm thinking of replacing my stock rubber bushings with polyurethane ones since they're starting to wear out. Please post your thoughts and opinions.

imo the poly will be fine for daily driving, almost every car ive owned ive swapped over to poly bushings when ive done suspension work and ive always been happy with the results. of course comfort is very subjective, but to me ive had no issues

Will you be tracking your car at all?

It will be a little rough for daily driving but if you're racing your car then it might be a good trade off

they'll be fine. I believe Type R's come factory with polyurethane bushings.

Depends on the application and use of the bushings.. Poly urethane bushings in control arms -- no. But shifter bushings and motor mount inserts, yes.

Unless this is a track car or something. That's different.

I think you may be pleased with the results. It is a wee bit harsher, but since the motor physically moves less, there is less latency between hitting the gas pedal and the car actually moving. It's nothing that won't work very well in a daily driver.
