WTB stage 1 cams for LSVTEC
I presently have B16a cams and Integra Type R springs on the intake and exhaust, would like to upgrade to Stage 1 cam. Can be Skunk2 or other brand, just not OBX or similar.
Also, question, the Lost motion assemblies , I have regular B16a ones, do I need to or what are the benefits of installing ITR ones.
Thanks

Setup.
LSVTEC/PR3 piston/DC sports USDM with 2.5 collector mod/AEM short ram/270cc injectors/ VAFC/P30 ECU... only 165 whp.. .would like more with cams. It is VAFC tuned like 10 to + 20% in most of the power band.
Was thinking to
1- phearable.net burnt chip to have better base timing and fine tune with VAFC
2- Stage 1 cam (do not want to upgrade valvetrain) or want to rev higher than 8k really (Have already gone through bearings and actually blown one LSVTEC up, so I stay away from 8500 + rpm)
Thanks
