Who is running short shifter in your ITR's
Just curious, the stock shifter is pretty short and crisp compared to other stock, but i was wondering if you guys are running short shifter, and if you do.
what brand and any regrets, did you end up putting the stock on back on...

Seems like most people are going to shift lever extender's these day's.

My R came with a cheap aluminum shifter that snapped when I tried to remove a seized metal shift ****. I didn't like how people can charge over $100 for a stock 00-01 R shifter, when I bought mine for $15 (and regretably sold it for $25). So I just swapped out the cheap s/s for a Skunk2 short shifter for $70. With the ES bushings and Skunk2 shift ****, the shifting is very smooth. The Skunk2 s/s is very high quality and very heavy.

Gives less of a buffer zone for errors, if you know how to properly synchronize your foot and hand you'll be fine.

Yeah, there isn't a need to shift with lightning quick throws. As long as you shift normally, you won't have a problem.
A short shifter isn't for shifting faster, but giving the driver a different feel.

thanks for the replies.
for the people that said Skunk2 SS, thats exactly what i was aiming towards.
I have the dual bend Skunk2 with the matching **** in my Si and it feels great, but i really like the way the stock ITR feels.
anyways, it seems like alot of you are staying with the stock ITR's....

Stock is good, but in my situation I really didn't have much choice.
BTW, all 94-01 shifters are the same. 00-01 Rs are just polished.

L to R: MFactory, 94-01 Integra, and 00-01 R.
I had an MFactory on my old hatch. If you like the stock, black look, it feels like the Skunk2.
