Skunk2 coilover sleeve same as Groundcontrol coilover sleeve?

Skunk2 coilover sleeve same as Groundcontrol coilover sleeve?
I was wondering if anyone had both of these brands of coilovers laying around or if they knew....Right now i have Skunkworks coilovers on my Integra and it rides like complete ****. I wanted to swap out the springs for Ground Control Springs since I know the ride so much better. I just need to find out if the threaded sleaves on both the coilovers are the same size so I can swap the springs out. Does anyone know?

i have ground controls on my teg 
i'm pretty sure that they are diff. GC adjust w/ an allen wrench at one point. pretty sure you got to hold 2 peices on skunk2 to adjust.
