For everyday rippin use, Com'on you should know me by now...
and hitting the track when possible.

edit: So spoon or rotas would be a fine choice for 16x7 or does anyone else have an idea?

Stock R rims are 15x6, which is stupid. 6" is too small IMO. 15" is fine, but at least give us some width.

Hmmm Spoons/Regamasters don't require hubcentric rings? Neato.

I think 15x7 is more than enough for a 205/50 and I think the 225's are too big for our cars no matter the wheel.

save the weight in the .5". I don't see any advantge to a 16" over a 15" other than looks.

A: I heard that Kosie is no longer producing the K1's
B: I also understand that there may be some advantage to running 225's on the front wheels at the track

The need for spacers in the rear and the rubbing that occurs. My car is lowered so it is out of the question for sure but even on Stock height ITR's spacers in the rear are needed to keep the tire off the trailing arm. I have seent his from several R's at national Tour Solo 2 events with 5 mm spacers. If I ran 225's on the front of my car they would hit the fenders.

There was a big debate a long time about about the balance of the car mix matching 225's and 205's. Yoshi started the debate I think. Not sure what the consensus was but if I recall coreectly they decided this was common in japan but not good for car control.

I see lots of stock class ITR's at big Solo 2's doing this. some like it others haven't decided when I ask. I have never tried it.

The need for spacers in the rear and the rubbing that occurs.
You can always eliminate the rubbing.

My car is lowered so it is out of the question for sure but even on Stock height ITR's spacers in the rear are needed to keep the tire off the trailing arm. I have seent his from several R's at national Tour Solo 2 events with 5 mm spacers.
You keep mentioning 225s in the rear, what's wrong with them in the front?

If I ran 225's on the front of my car they would hit the fenders.
You can always raise the car up, if you ever decide you want the car to handle better.
