Default Steering Pull...HELP!!!

My 90 CRX Si was pulling to the right so i got an alignment done and it was exactly the same. I even did an alignment by eye and it was perfect but the car pulled to the right and i had to keep the wheel to the left. This pull is constant, not only while accelerating or braking, all the time... I noticed my front left shock was blown a little while ago so i changed it, took the car for a test drive and it drove strait and the wheel was now strait. about a week later i lifted the car to try on some new wheels and when i drove the car it pulled to the right again, exactly the same as before. I put the old wheels back on thinking that might be the problem but it's exactly the same as before... pulls hard to the right at all times and wheel has to be turned to the left to drive strait. If anyone could help me i would really aprieceate it, my forarms are starting to become huge from driving around forcing the wheel to the left. Thanx

check that the radius rod isn't broken, it conects the lower control arm to the lower core support. That wil cause it to pull really hard
