with 89 si hb fender swap to 90 std??

I have a 90 hb and i was wondering if the fenders interchange with a 89 si hb. And can a 90 4dr hb(automatic) cluster swap with my 90 hb(4spd)? will the tac still work?

the fenders will work only thing different is the little clips that hold the corner light on just use the 90 ones. not sure on the cluster it sorta looks different to me but if it fits in there you can just plug it in and it will work.
