Supposedly some pretty rare Civic Si rims...
...So I pull up next to a 2-dr (98+) Accord coupe at a street light on the way home yesterday and I see a set of 4 lug 99-00 Civic Si rims...but these were not the shiny aluminum finish that you always see on the em1's; these look like they were painted Honda VSM. So I asked the guy, "hey, what's the deal with the rims, are they painted?" He said, "yeah, they're super rare factory painted rims striaght out of the catalog you can't buy them anymore and they cost me a fortune." Anyway, the guy pulls off when the light whent green and I'm thinking
I tried to search for them but came up with absolutely nothing. The rims did look pretty sick though, just not on an Accord!...What do you guys think, legit or BS?

I hear ya........and I could see how a novice H-T member might possibly make that mistake, but I've been following Honda's for quite some time now. These were definately 99-00 Si rims.

I see what your saying, but the only Honda 4 lug patterns that I know of are 4x100 & 4x113; I'm not sure what the 98+ Accords were, but I know that it wasn't a 5 lug.

So......um...... "rolf...rare..." as in, VSM painted Si rims are so common that you can't contain yourself!? or are you thinking
on this one too? If you have some knowledge in that area, please break it down for me... I really would like to pick up a set.
