egr and overheating problems on ls swaped crx
so im new to crx's and mine has an ls swap that giving me problems. its an 90 si with a b18a1 swap. the thermastat went out and i blew the headgasket. i replaced half of the hoses, the headgasket and the thermastat and it ran fine for a day, then the stock crx si ecu would occasionally throw code 12, which is for the egr. i looked at the egr and it isnt hooked up. is it not supposed to be in this swap? it is also leaking fluid when it sits overnight and i cant find where its leaking from. one last thing im not driving it right now because it sounds like its misfiring. im not sure what needs to be done. thanks in advance.
i found out that the hose from the pcv valve to the black box behind the block is broke. im going to fix that but could that cause my problems?

Not to be rude but I chose not to answer all of your questions because its all in one paragraph. If you space out the questions a bit it makes it easier to read and easier to help.
