Socks?
So has anybody here tried using specialized motorcycling socks under their boots? Something that pulls sweat off your feet, gives a little padding in important places, and keeps the feet cooler/reduces hot spots? I've never tried anything but my regular old Gold Toe socks that I wear normally.

My boots fit just fine. Its not a big issue at all, but something that helps with hot spots on my feet during very warm days would be nice. My feet get hot pretty easily in summer. Even regular tennis shoes can get uncomfortable pretty quick.

I use these:

No complains at all from the socks, but what I've noticed is that my boots (Sidi Strada Evo Tepor) give you swamp feet on warm days.
But on the rain, they're soooooo nice

Normal socks + raceboots = not comfortable. So far I've been wearing a pair of my black dress socks jocked up as high as they will go whenever I wear my boots. It's much more comfortable to walk around in but my feet do get the swamp feet when I ride. I too was looking into a motorcycle sock.
Ha. Not only do I wear the one kind of sock but I only wear my Under Armour underwear too. LMAO. It's more comfortable with my Icon shorts than regular boxers. Everything I wear is motorcycle specific.

i'm not knocking it, it's not my $$$ or the one with swamp feet... i just think it's funny... it reminds of the guys on the slopes with their all new top shelf snowboarding gear from head to toe, lookin all professional, but can't do a lick of snowboarding..
for looking good though..

Well you are in CA where I see LA is 84 degrees with 43% humidity. Whereas in FL it's 86 feels like 89 with 56% humidity. Could be the difference between dry and wet feet.

and where I'm at it's 120 with 2% humidity. It's so hot, the wind is hot, and causes you to sweat even more.

when you're a broke-asz like yourself, it's ok to be envious of others with nice things and put down their ability. It's ok, obviously they have far more than you, their income is much better off.
I'm just kidding, I always try and have nice stuff, but I have the ability to back it up.
