i am wanting to order new headlights for my 00 civic and put HID's but it say's that may require modification for HID's does anyone know what kinda mod's this will require? wanting to go with the bi-xenon 8000 k HELP

hey man try reading around in this forum a little. it is commonly believed that retrofitting projectors is the way to go because if you stick with a plug and play kit, your light output will be extremely poor.

 

Out of all the PnP HID kits I have put into aftermarket headlamps, I have yet to find one that needed to be drilled or cut to fit the HID bulbs.

 

That bixenon kit should be fine. I have seen plenty of them in OEM housings and the light output is pretty decent.

 

beware the so called JDM one piece junk, they won't focus correctly with a genuine GE bulb and for sure the bi-xenons don't get even close in a real headlight. like this crap.
