Nice parts list. Did you consider a 92mm stoke? Or is this a DD?

Sounds like a decent build.

I would ditch the crome , but thats just me . I'm sure it will still work fine.

Who will be tuning ?

if you want a real 320cfm head i would think about brad at rlz. i think b19 coupe had a head done by blueprint[or import builders at the time] and he said he sent it to portflow and tom improved upon there work

Sounds like you want a pat on the back. . .

With the wide variety of established parts for the B series ( ie: intake manifolds, headers, cams, etc ) 270 is not a crazy number anymore. While it definitely takes some research to obtain the correct parts it sounds like you are in the right direction.

My only advice to you would be to get ready to try a few different things on the motor.

You may slap it together and make 270. If you do, great job. If not, then just start trying things one at a time and then going to the dyno or track.

Now stop asking for some reassurance and get out there and build the damn thing . . .
