Hahahaha.....
Tell your mechanic to go take a hike. When you replace parts blindingly, it's very much like removing your teeth to get dentures, so you avoid cavities. It just doesn't make sense.
Sounds like your problem lies in the alarm module at right rear corner behind the glove box. It's expensive to fix it, but start there. If you have an aftermarket alarm, check to make sure that it's not in valet mode, and depress the "secret" button the predetermined amount of times, because sounds like anti-theft is working somewhat how it's suppose to.
Make sure you didn't pay the mechanic for the the labor, but maybe the parts, or have him replace it altogether with the old one, since HE mis-diagnosed it, contest the diagnostic fee, if there were any too...
I'd make them take the hit for it.

This is not wisecrack smartass sarcasm BUT, sell your vehicle. Buy something else. I work on these things more often than I'd like to and I can assure you that they are a disaster of an automobile. It was Honda's attempt to enter the SUV market without taking the risk of making one themselves. They made a mistake. I suggest you fix yours before it's too late.
