which cams gives more power

yeah i was thinking of puting a jun 3 cams in my k20 but i hear the skunk 2 stage 2 cams is better could anybody give me any advice

There is no "best" cam. The best cam is a cam that will work best will the rest of your motor and supporting mods. All I can say is stay away from Skunk2 aka Junk2

I would consider IPS K2 cams the "best"

Blueprint stage 2's cams are really good for the price.
