Federal 595 or Falken Ziex?
Well i got my Te37 Replica's. Their 15x6.5. I was wondering what people prefer more Falken Ziex or Federal 595. What size should i run? 195/50/15 or 205/50/15?
I can get both for the same price.

The Falken Ziex is a crappy all-season tire, designed for people who have to use the same tires in snow and frigid cold as they do in moderate to warm temperatures. The downside with all-seasons is that, in exchange for that additional flexibility, they don't grip as well in moderate to warm temperatures as summer tires. If you drive in snow, you're better off with the Kumho ASX, which is a much better all-season tire.
If you don't drive in snow, you're better off with summer tires. Federal is an off-brand and I don't recommend it. Good, reasonbably priced summer tires include the Kumho SPT, Yokohama S.drive, and Fuzion ZRi.

Well, then you're really limited. Falken makes the FK-452, but not in 15" sizes. You could get the Falken Azenis RT-615, but only in 205/50-15, not the best size for your car. It's a supersticky tire, good for autocross and track events, but not so good if you want a tire that lasts a long time (the Azenis might only last 10-12K miles) and not so good in rain.
You should really get tires that are good for what you need them for, which means NOT all-season tires for snow, and NOT crappy off-brand tires. If those are the only two brands your cousin carries, he's really not serving his customers well.
The size you really need for your '96 Civic Hatchback is 195/50-15. If I were you, I'd buy a reasonably-priced but good summer tire in that size, like the Yokohama S.drive, $66/tire at Discount Tire Direct. If you didn't want to spend that much, then I'd consider the Dunlop Direzza DZ101, $46.50/tire after rebate at Discount Tire Direct, or the General Exclaim UHP, $42.50/tire after rebate at the Tire Rack. Any of these is WAY better than the crappy all-season Ziex's.
