Default AEM V2 intake and Magnaflow exhaust

I got a 2001 civic lx sedan and want to know if it would be worth it to get the intake. And I also want to put a magnaflow exhaust system in it as well so if you know anything about either of those let me know.

I have a dyno sheet for a 2002 civic EX I believe with a magnaflow cat. back. It was 5hp and 4tq gain. If those numbers are true are they worth the noise and the $500 bucks?
