Default extended wheel studs install

can you install extended wheel studs without separating the wheel bearing and taking off the knuckle (peice that studs press into) or you must take off the knuckle to get the studs off? im installing extended wheel studs when i get them end of the week.

You'll have to pull the hubs. There's not enough clearance to get the studs by the knuckle.

I think this was asked a while ago, but meh', whatever.
