i just noticed this sound,its comin from the header are and almost seems to move around.it anly does it from 2k to 3k.

 

Is there a loss of power? Almost sounds like a valve tapping something but i dont know why it would do it at a certain rpm. Are you sure its not the heat shield vibrating?

no,the car runs fine, i checked the shield but the screws are in place and firm.it sounds like something is lose but i don tknow

 

sounds like a bad exhaust manifold gasket. if I were you I would remove the heat shield and with some rpm put your hand around the gasket and see if you can feel air coming out of gasket.

i love you man..no homo..it was the gasket.

 

sweet, I am glad you found it. it was kind of hard to tell over those videos but I got a turbo setup and have blown out a few so I should know what they sound like.
