itr and ls crank pulley. Different?

itr and ls crank pulley. Different?
As the title states. Im trying to get my ITR in time. I have an Unorthodox pulley on it. I dont trust it. I put what I think was a LS crank pulley on it and its still acting weird. Is there a difference in the timing marks between the ITR and the LS?
