i got a obd2 to obd1 jumper harness and it was on a 2000 si before i got it but i guess it's diffrent because the pins are different on the plugs so im wondering if theres a diagram to wire up the jumper harness for my 96 civic

 

Honestly you should do 1 of 2 things. Sell the conversion harness and buy an OBD2A to OBD1 conversion harness. Or sell the conversion harness and make your own. Because rewiring your current conversion harness is just as much work as making one yourself. But here's a diagram anyways:
