Default Swaping AC compressors with lines

Car: 88 Civic wagon RT4WD
Issue: swapping A/C

After doing some reading, I understand that these cars came with two different types AC compressors, and the lines for one compressor will not work with the other.

I purchased a COMPLETE used AC system, with a different compressor than what I have. My compressor no longer works, so using it is not an option.

Because I have the compressor, the mount, the lines ect, can I swap the compressor, use the lines that are attached to it and hook them up to the rest of the system already in the car? Or do I need to swap the entire system, and ALL the lines to make this work?

I know nothing about the AC system, so any help is appreciated. I will not be doing this myself, as again I don’t know anything about the AC system and don’t have the time to do it on my own right now anyway, but wanted to have an idea of what I was talking about before I went into an AC shop.

Thanks guys!
