So after some stupid thieves broke into my 01 teg and stole my deck, I went and got a new one (Sony gt320). The stock harness does not fit the Sony deck. The new deck came with its own harness but I think I have to wire it right? I know there are wiring harnesses that I can get from like Best Buy which I can plug into the original and then plug into the new deck. I would prefer to do it this way because I have no experience doing any manual wiring myself.

Another question: The only wiring harnesses that best buy and circuit city carry are for honda's model 86-98. These should work for my 01 teg right? Because if they work for 94-98 tegs, I should be good right?

 

circuit city carries both of the harness you need to buy, about 40 for both. one connects to your acura harness and the other connect to the sony, then you plug those 2 together.

they will know which one you need, just tell them your year. all 94-01 integra use the same harness even tho i believe it was 01 when they began changing them. i have almost the same deck gt310 so i know whats needed

just wire it your self and save the $40 its easy pretty much just match the colors up

they might have gave you the newer one. check their catalog, it tells you the model of the harness you need.
