I have a 91 integra that has a starting issue:

The starter turns but the engine wont crank
I just replaced the main relay thinking that was the issue but nothin' has changed

When the car will actually start I can hear the main relay do a click and it will start

But when I dont hear that last click my car wont start

Im not mechanically inclined so anyone with some time and a little advice
would be greatly appreciated.

I also forgot to add I just recently (within the past week) replaced

1.) The Main Relay
2.) The Starter
3.) The Battery

all parts were from advance auto parts. (battery from walmart)

Again, when the main relay doesnt do that third click the car wont start.

but its a new relay..... HELP!!!

Are you getting voltage at the fuel pump when you turn ignition switch to on? Are you getting spark? Have you inspected your cap and rotor? Have you done a compression test?
