Default VVME HID kit

Came across the VVME.com hid kit from other posters and was wondering how these are holding up after the warranty is up. Thanks.

Most likely the same junk as all the other junk kits flooding eBay these days.

No, as a matter of VVME and XENTEC are the biggest scams going on ebay as far as having any kind of credible warranty coverage. Most often the complaint is emails are not returned at all.

it seems that VVME hid kit only provide 14 months warranty..... i run VVME HID 6K for almost 2 years already.... it works flawlessly, very bright and sharp...

just be serious of these important things before shopping for HID Kit..

most aftermarket hids are compatible to car headlights....

the most important things u need to be cautious are :

1.be clear about which hid kit to get for your stock bulbs....check which HID bulbs are compatible to your stock bulbs...check this hid kit diagram to get it..
http://www.vvme.com/page.html?chapter=4&id=36

2.choose a good reputation with long-term reliable business HID brand such as VVME.com with good quality, stable performance and cheap prices...

3.Ease of installation

You need to make sure that the xenon kit is truly plug-and-play. A lot of companies will claim their HID kits are plug-and-play but in reality they require a lot of modifications to the headlights and the wiring. Check the website carefully. If in doubt, ask the seller.

4.Strong warranty and good customer service

as i know , most brands promise one year warranty. and http://www.vvme.com give 14 months warranty, but if your HIDs encountered some problems,u can return it back to their US california service center for repair (free)

dont believe ddm's lifetime warranty that kind of cheating warranty.....Here is the truth: after you get defective hid, it is not easy for you to contact their customer service .then after u contact them, they ask u to ship back the defective stuff with shipping fee afforded by you(that is not cheap) or they ask u to order a new set of hid kit.

I suggest www.ddmtuning.com. Lifetime warranty, and they've always responded to my emails promptly. Would stand behind them 100%.
