I can't find the post this was discussed in before. I know the Mugen brackets will fit the MOMO seats. But, Will the Mugen seat brakets work on the Sparco seats?

They fit on some Momo seats - but only if you reverse one of the sliders. I know they wil fit on Top Nascar and Cup-Gt seats but they will not necessarly fit on other Momo seats.

No - not without spacers. Sparco Evo mounting side mounting points, for example, are a different distance apart front to rear and will not fit. Ask me how I know.

Thanks, I have a Carbon/Kevlar Top Nascar now. Does anyone make nice light weight sliders similar to Mugen that will work on the Sparcos?

Acutally, the Mugen rails are not all that light - almost 10 lbs per seat from what I measured. They feel light though!

Sparco make rails - not great quality (particularly in comparison to the Mugen rails) but they do the trick. They are about the same weight as the Mugen rails.

 

does anybody know where i can get a mugen bucket seat with rails in stock? couple places i checked don't have them in stock.

I think that Bob#455 hunted down the last mount in the states...there is ~1 month wait for the mounts from what I hear

uses sparco aluminum side mount brackets with mugen seats (only choice to fit them into crx's)
