I don't need this car anymore for my beater. The only thing I would suggest is a new timing belt, tensioner & spring. I had the car running the other day after the headgasket install and noticed slack in the timing belt. I adjusted the tensioner and this cause the belt to have extra slack and skip some teeth, THE CAR WAS NEVER STARTED AFTER THIS, I moved the crank 3 teeth counter clockwise (per Helms) and saw this.
If you purchase this car, I'd suggest having it picked up on a flat-bed. I can reset the timing to TDC, but why risk a motor and valve train for $65.00-$100.00
I'm open to offers around $1,500. If it doesnt sell I'll probably do the belt and tensioner myself at the end of the month. Additionally the car has a small dent on the driver side rear panel, I took a picture of it, nothing horrible at all.
Car has just had a BRAND NEW:
--->OEM head gasket
--->ARP Headstuds!
--->Battery
--->Radiator
ALSO: I'm including additional LS parts: (Pictures at the bottom of page)
--->1995 Helms Book
--->OEM Head (1 cam cap is damaged and the intake cam is damaged)
--->OEM OBD1 dizzy
--->OEM TQ Converter
--->OEM Valve Cover
--->OEM Starter
--->OEM Ignition Wires
--->OEM Intake Manifold w/ no sensors
Here's about 40 Pictures:
