Default IDK what they did!

Just a couple of minutes ago while working, I looked out the window, and see some [freak]er with half his arm in my window, but my alarm is not going off, and my beeper never went off either. I ran downstairs as fast as I could, but the [freak]er saw me comming and took off running with what seem to be a jumperbox. He jumped in a white EG, but the tailgate was down, so I couldnt see the plate. I just called the cops, and locked my car again, but my car has no power at all, and the battery is connected, and it looks like the hood was never popped!

WTF did he just do to my car?

I'm assuming your car has a proximity sensor?

maybe your battery died, that would explain no power and no alarm

im thinking he got to your ignition system, and cut some wires... i think that's how to hotwire it, my buddy got his em1 stolen from in front of his house and they cut they **** out of those wires... im wondering why he didnt get in your car if half his arm was already in there, and what was he going to do once he got in? leave his car there???

actually its very easy to hot wire a civic i can see the wires that need to be connected to hot wire the car when you take that plastic cover around the ignition switch off im not going to mention color/location of the wires because im not trying to teach people to hot wire a car. Did you try to get a jump?? or hook up a DMM and see if you have any power..

Well, I just got the car home.

ECU is fried, brain for the alarm is fried, and there are a bunch of blown fuses. I'm still changing stuff up to see if the car starts, but for now I guess I'll have to drive my EP.

I just been told I might have to replace my entire electrical system. If I ever see that HB again, I'm going to set it on fire!!!!

Yea, glad it didn't get stolen. You think about fixing it yourself?

Don't light the hatch on fire, beat the driver to a bloody pulp and spare the car....then sell it to me...cheap.

That's shitty about your car though.

They used something like a coat hanger, bent it at a 90 degree angle, and put it under your hood, then made it contact both positive and negative terminals on your battery. Get some type of cover over your terminals

I still have no idea. My friends said that maybe they burned all my electrical by using the jumper box that he was running with. Then I started thinking how were they going to move the car if they burned all my electrical. Then it hit me! There was a black, repo style towtruck all the way at the end on the parking lot, but I didn't think anything at the moment.

I'm taking the day off tomorrow. I guessing I'll be at the junkyard all day tomorrow taking off all the parts needed.

sounds like you probably pissed someone off and they were getting revenge, cause why would he fry your system if he was planning on stealing it?

Check your main relays under the hood, maybe your ignition ground fuse is fried, that can cause no power to the car too.
