Default integra maintaince, timing belt

when doing a timing belt change, should u always replace the tensioner, or only replace if u see damage/issues? im trying not 2 spend the extra 60 bucks 4a oem tensioner, wheni could b useing the old 1. i want 2b safe, but if i dont need too... . thanks 4 the help..

I replace the tensioner every other timing belt change. I only use OEM tensioners and haven't had one fail, they feel good when they're removed. I guess this means they could go 3 times around but I'm hesitant to try.
