I own a 2002 Honda Civic LX. This past week I have noticed that whenever I drive down any road that is remotely bumpy, my car makes a small jingle. It sounds like jingle bells, or a metal wind chime. The sound is coming from outside of the car, somewhere around the left-rear. I tried looking under the car, and I didn't see anything dangling.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be??
