need to remove stock rev limiter if possible
i need to remove my rev limiter becuase its pissing me off and the closest dood near me wants 500 for a chipped p28. does MSD make anything for this? 7200 redline with a built GSR engine isnt too coool. i have a 99 hatchback. thanks to all that help.

The rev limiter is in the computer, so you will have to get a chip or have your computer modified to remove it. There is no external add on piece that I know of that will eliminate it.

What about the Hypertech piggyback computer? It claims that it can raise the revlimiter, plus you can adjust the fuel mixture and timing with it.
