My dad has a '90 accord and he doesnt car about performance or HP or anything like that,he just wants a good running DD.Anyways he found a cheap motor/tranny combo out of an '87 Accord LXi and wants to know if they will fit into his car and what knid of mods he would need to do.or if the tranny will bolt onto his 2.2 SOHC,any help is appreciated,Thanks.

 

I would like to know too. But, is the "new" engine carburetor powered? if so, he probably wants to stay away from it.
