looking for a stock radio
I have a 96' ex and I'm trying to find a stock head unit. Mine has a 6 disk changer in the trunk, and a radio only in the dash. I came across a stock tape player from a 93' civic but it didn't have the hookup for the changer, and it is really rough looking too. Let me know, Thanks! Craig

It is hard to tell from the pic, but does the faceplate have a slight angle on it on the left side kinda like this \ ? Also mine has one more plug in the back, it is green and has about 10 wires in it. I'm not sure what it is for though. Btw, thanks for the pics, if it is angled on the left I'll take it as long as everything works...
96 thru 98 Civic HUs should fit.
As you asked the HU should have a slight angle on the left side of the face plate and a little "overhang" on the right W/2 alignment pins on the back of the face plate lip to fit into the little pocket to the right.
Any Honda/Acura, [86-97/98 and some later Integra units] "rear mount" HU will fit, [the pix is of a "rear mount" HU] and mount solidly into the dash and plug directly in.
Only 96-98 Civic HUs will have the angle and the lip W/pins.

I am just looking for one that is the same as my stock one. It has the left side angled faceplate, and also has a green connector on the back. It also has a cd changer connection, and the regular white connector for the speakers and all that. Does anyone know what the green connector is for?
