Default edelbrock performer manifold looks alot like k-series

i dont have any pics to post, but i think the edelbrock performer manifold looks alot like k-series intake manifold. the plenum is the same size, they both use long runners, and both have angled throttle bodies

Ok?

The literature included with the manifold says the angled throttle body is to allow for 9" runners and clearance of factory componentry in the engine bay.

That is something I'm curious about. THe #4 runner is larger than the other runners (which appear to all be equal in size, I didn't measure). #4 is larger due to its proximity to the throttle plate and the angle from the plate to the runner IMO. The TB is angled to keep #1 and #2 cylinders happy.

Thats just my opinion. Any other discussion would be nice.
