I just got done with an lsvtec build.. all stock internals. nothing to fancy.. while driving rpm acts super weird like it flickers.. at vtec it bogs out and sometimes wont engage. theres no cel! distributer been swap with a new one, spark plugs, wires.etc even main engine harness. still it does the same thing.. ANY HELP WOULD DO.. thanks

btw the head is tap for oil feed and all..
