underdrive crank pulley
has anyone on here ever had a problem with them? my dampener broke free frome my crank pulley so i ordered an underdrive one. but the thought of it not having a dapener concerns me!
Had mine for 5 years with no problems on an H23.
Don't get a cheapo eBay one that may or may not be balanced, use a name brand.
It's not a damper anyway, your engine is internally balanced.

When they balance your motor, It is done with the pully. When you change it out to a lighter one/non oem, it is not blanced. Just buy used OEM one.

Then you would still have a pulley that was not balanced with the motor. Same issue as an underdrive pulley.
A lighter, non-OEM pulley like the UR piece I have is very balanced. Why are you saying that it's not balanced??? Are you just making this stuff up?
