1989 Integra motor into a 1990?
I've got a line on a low mileage 1989 motor just need to know if it will fit in my 90 sedan, its just a daily driver so I dont care how fast it is.I can do alittle fab work as long as the tranny and ecu and stuff can still be used.
A 1989 Integra has a D16A1. A 1990 Integra has a B18A. D vs. B is a big difference; ask anybody who has ever felt a girl up.
Your best bet is to sell the D16A1 to somebody on Honda-Tech, CraigsList, G1Teg
, RedPepperRacing, etc. rather than do something counterproductive. Mounts would be different, for sure, and B18A's are to be had for cheap so find one.

Well this D16 only has 30000 miles and for $150, the cheapest I can find a B18 is like $750 or a B20B for $700 with 30000 miles so this is just a matter of convenience.
