Default this is urgent. seriously

so i am installing my hondata thermal intake manifold spacer, and it requires you to install longer intake manifold studs, well heres the problem, i have no clue how to get the intake manifold studs out of the head, can someone give me some tips?

double nut them, use a stud remover, fwiw, i did not use longer studs, that i remember.

ok cool, well i tried the double nut and stripped a nut out,

then i tried the vice grips, now its stripped and im [freak]ed .

I didn't use longer studs on my hondata gasket, but the nuts did come loose. I just torqued them down after a few driving cycles and it was fine.

If you really want to remove them, use vise grips or one of these:
