Default Spoon twin block caliper bleeding.................

I recently got a set of used Spoon twin blocks. As many know, there are two bleeder screws..............one on the inside and one on the outside per caliper.

Question is do I need to bleed the brakes through both bleeder screws per caliper or is one bleeder screw just fine???

for some odd reason, i found it easier to bleed from the inside bleeder first and then the outside one.

Are they convetional bleed screws? Or are they similar to speed bleeders?
