stupid emergency brake
Have dealt with many vehicles with this problem:
If you don't care about the wheels/rims, slam it with a heavy hammer (I used a nice, soft deadblow hammer=no damage). This will mainly bust loose stuck brake shoes on car that has been sitting.
Crawl under the car and shake the cables by hand and or smack them with anything handy like your tire iron.
If the cables are stuck with the brakes on, you won't be able to get the drums off easily. You may be able to use the auto-adjuster wheel to give yourself some slack.
Worst case situations require torching the drum off.

So here is what I did... took off tire and the drum would not even budge. Disconnected some kind of cable thing and the auto adjust did not work. Either that or I just couldnt find it. Sorry its my first time. So my cousin slammed it repeatedly with a hammer and had to pry the drum with a screw driver.
After we got the drum to turn I took it for a small ride because the grinding sound was horrid enough to make anyone want to barf. Thanks for all your help.
This is a really informative and fun resource.
