Default b18b crank

Does anyone know about how much horses a stock b18b crank can hold? and if so is it worth using it or getting a performance one?

there is no need to replace a stock honda crank. there forged from the factory and have made over 800hp with no problems

I haven't personally seen 800 hp but I have seen 580 whp on a turboed ls block. It was tuned at Churches, full race turbo.
