Not tryin to jack your thread, but I myself was lookin for something around that price range and absolutely nobody was willing to sell a reputable WG (like Tial) for less than $100.
Have you looked around on Ebay? Stay away from those XS Power / Tial knockoff wastegates. From what I am seeing, the Godspeed wastegate seems to look promising for under $100 ... still deciding myself... g/l
