So I'm having this stupid issue with my car starting. When I drive it for a more then 10 minutes stop and try to start it again it just turns over and over again but never fires up. Wait 5-10 from the first attempt and it'll barely choke over.

I think it may be the EFI but I have no idea where this is located. I was told I should feel 3 "clicks" when I go to start the car. I would like to confirm .. Can anybody tell me where this is located?!? I have a 1997 Del Sol Si
