have you ever heard a quiet race car??? to gain performance by upgrading the exhaust is going to mean the car gets louder. There are some mufflers that are more quiet than others, however this will relate to how much of a gain you are getting. Search, you're not the first person to want an aftermarket exhaust on an integra that isn't a loud fart can. My set up is megan header/high flow cat/ gready evo2 cat back, i think it sounds great and isn't too loud. Adding a test pipe to the mix will only make it louder.

go with a comptech exhaust oe fit and very quiet. I have one for sale if your interested, it comes with a carsound cat. Your gonna have to make some noise to make some power.
