need help with raditior fan and need a pic of the under-dash fuse box and a gas meter

i need help i have a integra raditor and fan is not working in a 90 civic hatch back and it doesnt go on what would it be and my gas meter is not working its say its empty and if anyone can send me a pic of the digram of the under-dash fuse box to know what fuse is what i need it by today if possible
