Most coilovers include a 'wrench'. This is used to grab the notch that is on the nut that holds up the spring of the coilover. Though this 'wrench' is not really necessary, it makes adjusting the coilover a lot easier. Almost anything that is sturdy enough to grab a hold of the notch and turn the nut would work to raise/lower the coilover.
yeah ive seen those wrenches...you think its possible to move it by hand??..cause i tried moving it, but the whole coil over moved..
That's why a coilover has two of those wrenches so you could turn one clockwise and the other counter clockwise.
I don't usually tighten my coilovers with those wrenches. I've done fine just hand tightening them.

you need 2 spanner wrenches to break the collars apart and to tighten them against eachother to lock the adjustment you made into place.
or use a flathead and a hammer.

be careful when doing this, it can mess up the collar to the point where a coilover wrench wouldnt be able to grab the collar
