98-up optional sides skirts question

I have them on my integra. Are they covering the factory ones or are they in place of them. I am thinking about getting rid of them.

If they are OEM, then they are replacing the actual sideskirts. If they are a replica, most likely they fit over the top of the OEM sideskirts
