Combustion Chamber Hot Spots

I got my pistons and rings last week and new valve seals. I got my head back from the machine shop and the guy said it was flat and didnt need resurfaced which is good because I dont really want to raise the compression much over 11:1 or 11.1:1 and it saved me some money.
But the issue now is one of the combustion chambers on the head has a few small knics in it that I'm worried about causing hot spots and potentially detonation. There basically on the quench area surface and I was thinking they would come out when I got it resurfaced but now that I dont need to get it resurfaced I'm wondering if I maybe still should. The guy at the machine shop said that I should'nt worry about it that he has seen them alot worse without any problems but I want a second opinion so I took some pictures. Would these create hot spots and should I get this headresurfaced?
